Mommy Vern tagged me to play. I love games! The name of this one is, locate the 6th photo in your 6th online photo album and post it.
This was taken at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Sammy looks so young in this picture! Looking at the date stamp, he would have been 16 months old, just a little older than Natalie is now. Time goes by so quickly.
Anyway - this was a really funny moment, but it might have been one of those "you had to be there" type things. That cow that Sammy is holding, plays "The Chicken Dance" when you squeeze its udder. Riley, the Sheltie in the foreground, loves to sing/howl along. Riley and Sammy were fighting over that cow toy the whole time we were there that weekend. In this picture, Bailey (the Sheltie looking over Sammy's shoulder) looks like she was about to get in on the action, too.

Looks like Sammy is concentrating hard on that cow and it seems as if the dog is waiting for you to leave before he makes his move!
Pictures are truly one of the greatest invention. I love to be able and look back at memories like this because it transports you to the moment and rewinds it. I wish I had more photo albums though rather than all of them sitting on the computer. I need to put them on a card before my computer crashes!
BTW, Garrett's Gramma would love that COW! She loves anything that has to do with cows, so longer as it isn't cruel to them.
Colleen - you have thoroughly impressed me with three posts in the space of a week! :-)
Mommy Vern - My husband and I just had that conversation about pictures last week! I said, too, that I think that is best invention of the past 200 years. When you ask most people what possession they'd save first if there was a fire, it's always their pictures. Babyhood lasts such a short time, and after it's over, it's hard to remember what the kids used to look like unless you have pictures to help you.
